Exteriors

Painting the exterior of any home is probably one of the easiest tasks to accomplish, or so most people think! Many painting companies are quick, fast, and cheap when it comes to painting the outside of your home. Most figure that it takes little more than a trained monkey since there is no furniture, no flooring and most people do not really see the outside of their home as intently as the inside.

We view exterior painting just the same as we do the interior, with quality details, preparation and using the best paints available. Sure the outside is simpler than an interior; however most companies tend to ignore the large amount of proper preparation that must take place prior to painting. Since the exterior of your home is exposed to the harsh S.W. Florida climate, the better it is prepped (i.e. power washed, caulked, primed, etc.) the longer it will last you.

I have seen bids come in almost half of what we bid the job at. I have also seen these same homes being painted again 3-4 years later due to fading, peeling, chipping, and water damage. We stand behind our work, along with our paint manufacturer and offer a 7-year written warranty on all exterior work performed. Our only stipulation on our exterior warranty is that the home must be power washed annually to prevent build up of dirt, and dust that can deteriorate the paint at a more rapid rate.

Interiors

The interior of a home is the most important to all of our customers. Most people are extremely particular about who is allowed to enter into their home to perform work. We work very hard to establish a direct line of communication between the homeowner or designer and our supervisors to eliminate any potential problems.

Our painting crews perform less than 10% of our total annual revenues working in anything other than residential repainting. This means that they are well trained and accustom to working inside of homes with great care. We treat your belongings with respect as if it were our very own.

We meet with the homeowner prior to starting a job to perform our "pre-walk" and discuss details such as where we will store our paint at the days end, where may we clean up, and which bathroom is suitable for the workers to use while in your home? Then we try to be as efficient as possible to finish the job with minimum interruption of your personal life.

Faux and Mural Painting

The addition of faux and murals to your home is a great way to accent and personalize your surroundings. We find that we are very competitively priced with our faux painting, due to the fact that we use our painters to perform all of the base coat painting and prep work, allowing our faux painters to do what they do best, be creative!

On larger projects, we focus on preparing all areas that are to be faux painted first, allowing our artists to start work right away without having to wait for the completion of the painting crews before beginning work. This makes the job run smoothly and drastically reduces the time spent on the job.

We also cover our faux painters who are employees of the company with all of our insurances as well, offering additional protection and value to your job.

Painted Perfection, Incorporated has established a company with an array of quality services that benefit the interior designer. The greatest care is taken once inside a home in covering and protecting all furniture and personal items. Progress is reported to the designer on a regular basis via phone conversations and all messages are returned on the same business day.
